How we work
1. Share what you have
Send the application, destination and approximate quantity. Photos, a specification or an existing equipment list are useful starting points.
2. Clarify the brief
We organise missing questions around performance, installation, market requirements and purchase scope.
3. Compare and coordinate
We compare suitable platforms and follow up technical, document and commercial questions with relevant supply sources.
4. Confirm the offer and next steps
The selected configuration, sample requirements, documents and commercial terms become the basis for the project-specific offer and agreed coordination scope.
Technical coordination that follows the application
For vehicle power, we review the intended function, product identity, electrical ratings, charging arrangement and mechanical fit, including the test conditions behind key current ratings.
For solar and storage, we coordinate the review of PV input, inverter and AC requirements, battery architecture, firmware, communication and site interfaces.
Open points are followed up with the relevant supply source, so the proposed option and its limits are clearer before order confirmation.
Documents, quality and export preparation
Technical documents
Align models and versions across datasheets, manuals, compatibility references and the proposed equipment list.
Quality coordination
Agree the sample, inspection focus, acceptance criteria, labels, packaging and evidence required for the order.
Market and export requirements
Clarify the destination and requested document scope, then coordinate model-specific certificates, commercial documents and applicable transport information.
Commercial confirmation
Confirm price, MOQ, lead time, warranty terms, supply form and quotation validity for the actual RFQ.
OEM and private-label coordination
For selected models, we can coordinate the specification, enclosure, interfaces, branding, packaging and document questions.
Sample approval, acceptance criteria and artwork are agreed for the project. OEM availability depends on the selected product and supply source.
Agree the responsibilities before the order
The project quotation or contract defines the transaction parties, payment and delivery terms, sample and acceptance process, non-conformity and warranty handling, and the scope of MDTS coordination.
Tell us what you are trying to source. We will help structure the next questions.
